Update 17.0823.2009.99 Broke Moblie Internet

Myself and my mother both bout one of these phones each, and it has effected us both on the same update ( 17.0823.2009.99 ) Before the update moblie internet was working fine, after both phones would not access internet on mobile. APN's are correct. Asda Mobile Carrier.

After updating to latest patch I am facing the same issue.
Patch v17.0823.2012.131
No mobile data and no internet connection through wifi, I had to restart the phone to connect to internet.

If you read the thread, you can see this has been a problem since before this patch, and it has not effected Wifi at all.
