Frequency of Occurrence: non stop
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Viber latest.

On Second Viber account backup and restore functions doesnt work. It gives me an error that drive isnt configured correctly.

We are waiting for a fix or answer almost 4 months. Asus dev and support teams are jokers...!

Some other issues on second viber account:
cant send or receive pictures
notification tone changing by itself
