Also to give a clarity, our normal body temp. Is hotter than this which is 98.4⁰F.

As others have already pointed out, 98°F = 36.6°C, which is a very respectable system temperature and nothing out of the ordinary. You can change from Fahrenheit to Celsius in the settings menu for Armoury Crate.
