I have the same problem on a brand new rog3 phone with a T-Mobile SIM card. I'm about to get my money back if I can't fix it by tomorrow

SIM 1 not allowed...even tho the Sim card works in other phones....wtf

BTW..I've tried all the troubleshooting and I've reset the phone. This is about to become the shortest lived phone I've ever had...unless anybody has a fix to this by tomorrow

Update! I took the phone to a different metro store and the guy got it to work..he said there was a problem with the account info for the sim card I was using. The phone works amazing and I love it. Take your phone in to a service dealer and have them check it out if you are having problems
