Hello Team Asus, Since the phone was updated to A droid 12, the phone freezes at lock screen and most of the time goes into soft restart loop. Please check the issue as the experience is quite disturbing.
Double tap to wake up freezes the device most of the time. Once device is freezed while on standby even if you get a call or message the screen stays freezed and the figure print logo lights up without any changes. The only way to overcome this issue so far is to force restart the phone.
