ROG 3 Freeze/App isn't responding

I have a brand new ROG 3 Tencent edition and from I started having freezing and apps not responding issues. When using an app (Games, internet browser, Facebook, spotify...), I get a screen freeze then I get a message " App isn't responding". Sometimes it just freezes for few seconds than goes back to normal.
Do you have an idea of what causes this? Is there any fix?

update your phone the latest update is .99

Tencent version is not supported by Asus for system update as per i know
