Same here with my ROG 3—still stuck on Android 10. I wanted to update to 11 manually too, but the official file’s missing from Asus Support. Anyone still have a mirror or workaround? While digging around, I came across this post that helped me with a different issue (not updates, but super useful if you're into things like bull put spread strategies) bull put spread

***im in 1st step, updating UL-ASUS_I003_1-ASUS-17.0823.2104.147-1.1.95-user.zip and works***
this weekend i will try to continue on 2nd and 3rd update file.
how to do?
connect your ROG3 with original usb cable to PC, put it on root folder as shown on the screenshoot attached.
(do not rename the file), after that restart your devices, on the drop down notification will appear system update notice -process Yes, and it will updating the system, after that devices will restart once.
last night im waiting more than 30 minute or more until phone booting and reach home screen.
so make sure you connect the phone charger before process

Update sequentially, then it will work.
I updated sequentially with these firmwares, simply writing them to the root directory of the phone.
