himverma2012I doubt it as well. it seems that he has more time to respond to comment and rant here instead of filing a formal complaint, as far as I know not everything on Flipkart is sold by Flipkart. Most of the items there are coming from a reseller which we can't tell if his unit came from a certified distributor of the ROG phone. And by the looks of it, he has a Tencent version ROG 3 which the warranty should be from China.I doubt the authenticity of this post. I'm not on the receiving end though, but I highly doubt that flipkart is selling "Tencent version" of Asus ROG-3. And also, I don't think you put much effort for replacement.
Recently, I bought a laptop from Flipkart which had a display issue. I raised the return request then only. And by the time it was resolved, the return period was over. However, since my complaint was registered before that, it was replaced by the seller.
So, what happened in your case, I'm not sure. Mailing/raising request via app/calling service center/using social media could've been done to at least register your complaint.

himverma2012This is exactly what even i wanted to say. If you have raised a complaint within 7days of replacement then even if the time period is over and they don't respond, you atleast have the proof/ complaint no. etc to bring to their notice and if its the seller who has duped you with a refurbished/old used device, the seller would be bound to replace with a new one as per Flipkart policy.I doubt the authenticity of this post.
