@0780356128 You're running very old firmware, the latest version is 17.0823.2012.131 which includes the December 2020 security patch.
Since FOTA service is telling you that the system is up to date, I suspect you might have a Tencent-branded device that has been flashed with global ROM by your reseller. This would be the reason you're not receiving FOTA updates. (Model and ROM don't match.)
If that's indeed the case, please contact your reseller, as this is is not a combination we are officially selling, and we can't guarantee that your device will function properly.
