The only thing dissapointing here is that your obvious lack of english skills has caused you to not understand that the phone is in Android 11 closed beta, meaning only users who registered and didnt tamper with the phone have access to it until the released version is getting out.

Android 11 is already under Beta testing and many beta testers are already using and helping us make it more stable before we officially roll it out.
