Mobile charging problem with both Port's

Hi friends,
I am using Asus Rog phone 3 purchase on April 2021,
Now the issue is charging..
From the last two day mobile phone charging port was not properly working I tried with both ports, both are not working.
Headset connector was working fine with both Port's.

When you say issue, is it not charging at all?
Have you used a different charger and confirm if that works?
Have you used a same charger with a different phone and confirm if that works?
Share your phone's software version.

I'm having the same issue with my phone, I'm running the Latest ww firmware.
My phone chargers no issues with another charger but when I try to charge it with the original charger that came with the phone it says hypercharge but it's not actually charging the phone.
Weird thing is, the original charger has no issue charging my wife's pixel 6 pro(fast chargers no issues)

So I'm not sure what the issue is. The charger is fine with another phone my phone chargers no issues with a different charger. But the the original charger and my phone don't won't to work properly together.
