gauravraja89It's mostly a software issue I have a temporary solution just go to PlayStore and download screen balance app set ur preference and it might do the trick for u .Can you please confirm it ... its hardware or software problem so i can take action ..if its software issue solve as soon as possible. Mods can u ask dev teams .. We all wanna know about it now its more than a month that disgusting still waiting for asus official statement ..

Also, make sure your phone is updated to .58 as of now.

with due respect, there are enough screenshot and reference uploaded in different threads to investigate the issue. Black crush issue is seen almost everywhere (Instagram, Facebook, most of the games e.g. PUBG, MCOC, COD) your engineer/QA team could easily reproduce it.
