When We Clear Cache Memory On Rog Phone 3 Through Internal Memory Management Application After Applying New Animated Themes It Removes The Lockscreen & Phone Dialer Animation Also? Please Rectify This Error Team Asus.

I can answer this since i got same issue..
I'm on latest firmware, 18.0410.2109.172..

This issue happened since day one we got dynamic theme support on august update..
