Tried all possible ways. Not updating.

Worked for me on play store 25.9.19
Can always use apkmirror installer app and update them manually thru that

Chrome and Webview not updating

They update the trichromeli in the background,it's just that you don't are the notification if the download
Enable network speed and you'll see that something is updating in the background,wait for it to finish and then the apps will be download instantly
