Malaysia Set, 12GB RAM, 512GB ROM model also comes with the same aero case (upper part of the picture) that block vent. Since you said "Where did you buy the first case?", does this mean this case design is not intentional / wrong product but is shipped together with retail unit?

That one look like not official by asus. Maybe random china brand. Asus only sell neon case and lightning amour case right now.

If this is true, will need to file a complain to the shop, because they claim is Malaysia set supported with Asus Malaysia Warranty. Even unit from Asus store have such cases, perhaps some extra units in China is repurposed to Global? How do I know mine is force flashed with WW Rom to hide?
