Asus Rog Phone 3 Strix - Stutter while shooting 4k /60fps

Frequency of Occurrence: every single time I open the camera and start shooting 4k/60fps

Hi there, guys! ( Rog Phone 3 Strix (ZS661KS - 1A002EU)
When shooting 4k 60fps there is a serious occasional stutter and also when shooting in 8K ( I know that 8k shoots in 30 fps still, not consistent) I already tried factory reset twice, does not help. I have a friend who bough the same model (exactly the same) and he has the same issue.
There are other brands with Snap 865 and it does not stutter at all when shooting 4k 60 fps, not even one bit. So please, fix that as soon as possible.
Other than that so far this phone is amazing and I got two updates for less than 24hours (.70 [upon obtaining and activating the phone for the first time it was waiting fore me hah] and .78) which is amazing. Keep updating and caring like that and ASUS might become my favorite brand (hope that I will get at least andorid 11 and 12 in the future)
I had bad exp with ASUS* ROG PHONE 3 TENCENT GAMERS, CN MARKET (shady reseller of course, my mistake) with flashed GLOBAL ROM, I had many bugs, still it managed to shoot silky smooth 4k 60 and consistent 8k 30. I did return it and got a full refund, cause of not wanting a flashed device sold as fit for the EU (scam) and got this one with less powerful Snap 865 (instead of 865+). Still, there are other brands with with Snap 865 (non + model) and 4k videos shoot at silky smooth 60fps and I also think that half of these manufacturers are inferior compared to ASUS as a whole.
I am in the hosting business and I sell and deal with advanced server tech and hardware, so I am really happy when I see that ASUS is coming really strong in this smartphone game. Keep up the good job and the fix updates and android updates coming.

I did disable the image stabilization feautre, same outcome. I thought that it needs more CPU Power so I attached the fan to enable max X mode boost to almost 3 Ghz clock speed, thinking that it will smooth things out, well did not change the stutter issue, even one bit.
I know that there is no OIS on the cameras, still, it shouldn't stutter like this. The Tenscent CN market only phone did not stutter (yes 865+ , I know, still that should not be the reason) and it captured silky smooth 60 fps 4k and consistent 30fps 8k.
Please, fix that, this is the only flaw in this phone so far, everything else is great, I don't even have temp issues or black crush issues.
I am not okay with any compromises, since I believe that I bought a phone that was well worth of my money.

It's a software problem. It wasn't there when I first brought it either it was buttery smooth. These stutters started happening after I think the first 4 updates around. .5 something

@daniel10160058 I too have this problem sometimes WHEN SHOOTING 4K 60 FPS I get some stutter. I have the rog phone 3 strix edition and it is the tencent version. I flashed global rom and am running on latest update .78. I got my phone for FREE after raising a dispute on amazon against a seller. I was supposed to receive the 865 plus variant and it was supposed to be global not tencent, I tried for a refund and return but instead was blackmailed and threatened by the seller! 3,371 SAR refund! and apology. The phone in all other aspects is a beast. I got 610,000+ on antutu 8.4.5 so I am quite pleased. Please fix the issue in next update, also a new UI look would be cool @Anders_ASUS @Titan_ASUS @Panda_ASUS @Laura_ASUS Also, any idea when we will be receiving android 11 update? thanks!😁
