There is a topic on XDA where he lists all raw firmwares and a "all in one tool" that makes it also easier. Download the latest .143 firmware, open it via the tool and flash it, finished.

Tried. Laptop detects the phone when running 'adb devices' command but it doesn't recognize it in fastboot mode.

its because fastboot uses different drivers, check device manager and install the fastboot drivers there. It's probably a yellow explamation mark with the name of "Android".
