asus rog phone 3 changes screen brightness in games and some other apps

How do i disable this function? Apart from qr codes, its pretty annoying in games, or when i want to watch something, the game genie "block brightness" button is pretty much useless cause it doesnt work at all, off or on, the screen brightness goes to the max no matter what

Hi!
Please check if your "Adaptive brightness" setting is on, it changes the brightness to adjust to the environment and it tends to dim the screen from time to time.
If this is the case then try turning it off, let me know if it helps 🙂
