Aero active cooler 3 fan not working

I tried clearing the cache and storage... Also my device is updated... Still the fan doesn't seem to work... The light and other ports work perfectly am not sure why the fan isn't working... I have also cleaned it...

Seems like the AC3 that you could be defective if possible try to replace it and if it still doesn't work after replacement visit the service center to get the device's accessory port checked, and if you're out of replacement period then take both the fan and the device to the service center.
If you're from India check this list for the active service center's in your city, make sure you follow proper social distancing and take precautions when you visit them.

Am not sure how to PM you from here...
As Foreplay mentioned I believe I have a defective air-cooler however it was working just fine until few days back... And I have a Global varient not the tencent edition.
Am in middle east Bahrain is there any known asus service centers where I may get the AC3 fixed/replaced?
