3rd party video call and voice mic not working.

my is when i use 3rd party call like whatsapp wechat messager, ppl cant hear my voice ,is cant . 0 voice sound. boardmix 3 recording volume was like 50% low too. What can i do ?its was hardware problem or software?

Most probably HW but please factory reset your phone if you haven't already to exclude SW issue
