Regarding the ASUS ROG Crosshair Hero VIII (wifi). I dont know if this has been addressed but I picked up and installed a crosshair hero VIII yesterday installed it today. I spent the better half of 4 plus hours trouble shooting why my BIOS would not detect my SSD or HDD (2 Samsung EVO 850, 860, 1 2tb WD Black)Checking cables, changing out SATA cables thinking something was wrong with my USB of Windows 10. Turned out all I needed to do was update the BIOS. If you have the issue if your BIOS not detecting you drives well using a separate USB and updating it may solve your problem. Just a helpful hint. (Side note my CPU is a Ryzen 7 3800x) So if you have same gear and same issue theres a possible fix. Just wanted to help anyone else with this issue.solitaire.onl/ 9apps.ooo/
