Mic issue while calling - zenfone 3

I have an Asus zenfone 3 (520kl). While calling its mic does not work sometimes. How to solve this issue. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi nuwanthike_25VM, What is your SIM carrier? Please change to another SIM card by another carrier, and check if the problem still appears. Please also put your SIM card into other phones and check if the problem appears. Is only calling affected? Or is recording also affected?
