Grid line arround words in widgets and vs code

Model: ASUS TUF FX505DT
Frequency of occurrence: after the screen is still for few seconds.

Detailed description：whenever the screen is still this problem occurs there is some small dotted grid lines surrounding the word written , it will be more clear when you see the screenshot.This happens only in widgets and vs code .
