i did restart the laptop and i did take off and reinsert the red keystone in the special slot provided but these didn't change the condition.

Ok problem fixed next day.
As it seems, there was a synchronization delay with asus servers when first registering my laptop.
When this was fixed, suddenly the keystone issue was fixed as well.
