Hi everyone. I recently bought an RT-AX3000 to use at home. The first week everything was normal. I even follow the tips in the app to change the old Cat5 cables from my TV, PS5 and notebook.
Yesterday it happens that my PS5 was showing a error (error nw-102497-3) as if something was "blocking" the connection, today something similar happens with my Amazon Fire Stick TV and even my phone (Galaxy s23)... every time I conectar to the wi-fi I see the following notifications "Sign in to connect" (image attached), when I press it shows a "white empty screen" for more than 30 minutes.
What should I do to fix it?

I try factory reset twice, still the same problem, wifi/cable also too slow

Any help, please? I'm 3 days without wifi, no device connects...
I even bought another router, same model to see if it would fix the problem, but nothing change... I think I'll need to return them and use again the Spectrum router...
