Hello, I've had this new ASUS ET9 mesh (2 routers) for 4 days now, and now its randomly disconnecting my wifi connection on my laptop (connected to 2nd node mesh) , kids XBOX (connected via wifi to main router), and its only been 5 days. The first 4 days, everything was working perfectly. No changes have been made.
I'm using 6Ghz as backhaul, connection is at good at -73 dBm, and kids XBOX is like 15 meters away from main router wired to the modem. The wifi signal does not drop all 4 bars on laptop remain but during a work meeting, the connection randomly drops for about 15-30 seconds.
I hope I don't need to reboot this router every 3-4 days to make it work. I didn't have this issue with Linksys MR9000, and this Asus ET9 is not cheap. Routers both have latest firmware.
Is there a support line or phone number to speak to someone at Asus?
