Where do the drivers I receive for my B760M A-D4 from Windows update come from? Are they Intel generic drivers or does Asus do any customization?
From Dec 2023 until Aug 2024, I never got an updated graphics driver from Windows update. Since August I have gotten 3. The last one is 6129 dated 10-18-2024 and Intel Driver and Support Assistant tells me I'm up to date. Since I don't play games or do any video intensive work, I never notice any difference in performance between the Intel generic drivers and the ones from the Asus website. I do like to stay current with drivers though.
