Hi, I am using Asus 6z smart phone. I am unable to use features like Screen off sound. This feature is not working

1. Take back of all contacts to local. (Save to Phone/SD)
2. Delete all contacts from phone.
3. Trun Off and then Trun On Google Sync, it will ask resync all deleted contact? Select No, Delete all, Hit confirm.
4. Restore back local contacts to phone, Trun Off and then Trun On Google Sync... Once after sync completes...
5. Goto Contacts - Option - Manage Contacts - Merge Duplicate Contacts.

Try Increasing all volumes in settings....
And then Turn Off, and Then On Screen Locking Sound...
