Hi, 
Please i just bought my ASUS TUF F15 FX506HE in box. But when I want to use the application ARMOURY CRATE or to register on ASUS Website under '' Add my product ''  
I got an error message when entering my product serial number : << This serial number already registered >>
Please help me how to register my product.

I have the same problem with my ROG Cetra True Wireless buds. I bought them refurbished though.
