When I try to swipe up to open recent apps, the gesture tries to open all apps screen. I think sensitivity of swipe up gesture is highly increased.

Without seeing how your animations look like (and if they are bugged out) - but the swipe-up (if we are talking about Android 10 gestures) It will do both first. So when you swipe up , it will start animating the "App Drawer" plus also pull in slightly (from the left side) the first recent app.
If you continue the swipe up gesture, it will open the app drawer.
If you stop, it will pull-in the Recents apps view.
Swipe and Pause is the action for recents.
