Incoming call echos

Hello, when I receive an incoming call, the other person complaints of echo sound and also the audio clarity is not good. But if I call back there is no issue, everything is clear. Could you please address this issue. I use Airtel and Vodaone network but both have the same issue.

Facing similar problem on 5z but the echoing is happening on end . I can literally hear me speaking very irritating this happened after new update
