Dear all Asus users and technician here, i got a problem with my Asus Z5 (X00QD) where the device only stuck on Asus logo everytime i turn it on, and then shutting down again.
Asus call center told me to wipe all data through "Recovery Mode" by pressing volume up and power button, but i can't access it and my phone only displayed "SC Fastboot mode, long press ... "
I'm not an expert on this and it seem googling can't help too (because i don't know what to search about).
Anyone here can suggest how to fix it? And how much it cost to get it done?
