Asus confirmed that Android 10 update for 5Z started rolling out, I haven't received the update so far. Do I need to factory reset the device before I go for Android 10 update, recommended ?
Try removing and re-insering cable while charging or try charging by keeping phone switched off . if both methods dont resolve the issue then change the cable.
