Asus 5Z Android 10 Update

Asus confirmed that Android 10 update for 5Z started rolling out, I haven't received the update so far.
Do I need to factory reset the device before I go for Android 10 update, recommended ?

My phone is not fast charging after Android 10 update this occured after 2 weeks of updating it pls help

Try removing and re-insering cable while charging or try charging by keeping phone switched off . if both methods dont resolve the issue then change the cable.
