5z - Inconsistencies in themes applied with notifications shade

Device: Zenfone 5z
Firmware: WW 100.10.107.87
Location: India
When applied themes with grey background, notifications background remains black only but quick settings applies the correct background color. Even if themes with different background colors applied, notifications background stays black only. Please refer screenshot:
Applied Themes: 
Linear Shadow (Dark grey Background)


Tech Eyes (Dark Blue background)


Carbon Fiber & Leather (Grey Background)

See difference in colors between quick settings and notifications.
This happens with all non-pitch-black but dark/grey themes.
Also, in grey background themes, cellular signal icons stays black. You can refer to screenshots attached.
