how to get rid from this problem. Suddenly i found this kind of problem. my bootloader is unlocked.i want to relock it too.thanks in advance

Loosing contact number after unlock bootloader

unfortunately i unlock my bootloader, after that i gradually loosing my contact number one by one. my phone is 4/64 variant. i dont know how to relock the bootloader.plz help me out.
