No. You will never get any FOTA notification in future even if you successfully relock the bootloader.

Yeah, I confirm that and its not just in this new .092 update, that ghost notch use to to show up for very very short duration like a microsecond in Firmware version .075 also.

As per XDA developer fourm , we will get OTA updates if we unlock it unofficially. But I didn't try because I am happy with Pixel ROM.

If you want to try for stock ROM after unlocked boot loader , this enhanced modified ROM based on stock ROM will be useful
You can use dirty flash ROM for updating to latest versions
Unfortunately .73 is the latest version. So you may not be in latest security patch.
