VoLTE and WiFi-Calling

Frequency of Occurrence:

Why can't I use the VoLTE and WiFi-Calling?
I can't even see those options in the settings area.
I'm from IL, the cellular provider supports both VoLTE and WiFi-Calling and claims that my phone does not support it.
Can you please advise?

@ToM.M Thanks for your feedback. Bear in mind though that it's a more involved process than simply activating the feature and be done with it.

Australia has the same problem with the ROG 3. No VoWIFI and no VoLTE and yes it is a firmware issue. Tested with different phones, SIMs etc.

If Motorola can do it with unlocked G8+ phones with can't Asus do it with ROG3???

Well, the phone support it, my carrier support it, all you need to do is approving us so we can use it, am I missing something?

@Gustav_ASUS Can you please move it forward to the dev team so they can add my country (IL) [and maybe all the countries...?] and carrier (Pelephone) so I can use the VoLTE and WiFi-Calling?
