You can follow the procedure to relock bootloader using below link.

[GUIDE] [UNBRICK] [BACK_TO_STOCK] Flash Stock ROM - Relock Bootloader - Remove TWRP
You can google, search for and get the latest fastboot ROMs if available or else use from above link.

Do it at your own risk / Visit nearest service centre so that they can reflash the firmware you wanted an lock bootloader.

Note: Unlocking bootloader will void warranty and future FOTA will be disabled for your device serial number.
