3G/4G LTE mobile network is slow:

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem :

1. A slow mobile network results usually from systematic problems of the Telecom service provider. Therefore, please check with your Telecom service provider for further assistance.

2. Under the same circumstance, try your SIM card on another phone/tablet to check if the problem still persists.

3. Access to Safe Mode (Long press Power Key > Tap and hold Power Off > Tap OK😞 If your device works well in Safe Mode, the problem might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device to check if the problem still persists.

4. Back up your data and perform a Factory Data Reset.
 Note:Once the RESET is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted upon system initialization.

 

3G/4G LTE mobile network has unstable and weak signal and disconnects frequently:

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem :

1. A weak signal or disconnection might be caused by insufficient coverage of signal. Please contact your telecom service provider for further assistance.

2. Test the SIM with the phone in a location with strong signal.

3. If the location where you use the phone has weak 4G signal, try to manually select the preferred network type in device settings: "Setting" > "More" > "Cellular network" > "Preferred network type" 


4. Under the same circumstance,  try your SIM card on another phone/tablet to check if the problem still persists.

5. Access to Safe Mode (long press Power key > tap and hold Power Off > tap OK) :If your device works well in Safe Mode, the problem might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.

6. Backup up your data and perform a factory data reset.
 Note:Once the RESET has completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after system initialization.
