Kamera blur

Asus tolong masalah ini kenapa ya.. tiba-tiba saja kamera blur dan ga bosa fokus
Ada yang alami masalah kayak saya tidak..??

    Samaaa..

    Habis update tau" kamera blur donk buat foto jauh..

    Klo fotonya jarak deket c ga blur, tapi klo jarak jauh blur..

    Padahal sebelum di update baik" aja..😭

  • Sama, Asus zenfone 5 ZE620kl saya juga habis Update, kamernya jadi fixed fokus jarak dekat. Jarak jauh gak bisa.

    Thank you all for your asking. I have try my ZE620KL yet didn't encounter the same issue. Please try some stay at home tip below

    1. Your current firmware version

    Setting >System>About Phone>Software information

    If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?

    2. Does it appear on the stock camera only or other camera app like Instagram as well?

    We suggest that you try clearing cache & storage of Camera (long press "Camera">App Info>Storage & memory>Clear cache/Clear storage), and try to re-install camera apps and check again.

    3. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

    4. SMMI test

    Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>Wide-angled Camera Capture Test/Tele Camera Capture Test/Front Camera Capture Test

    If any of the SMMI test fail,please contact ASUS repair center in the country of your residence: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/

    If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs

    5. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

  • Sama...punya saya jg blur...ini masalah asus dr lama,saya pake zen 3 jg masalahnya sama.habis update kamera blur...ini pake sampe rusak aja,setelah itu bye2 asus...after sales mu jelek sungguh jelek

  • None of your methods work. I have work and i cant do it without my phone. Please fix phone or send me a replacement as soon as possible. My phone still has the warranty or whatever you say. I bought it in India and I live in france. If you can't service it, please send the replacement parts, I can fix phones.
