hello
after i had updated to android 8, then i got a factory reset. but when starting my phone, a popup with the error showing it : ( com.android.phone stoped ) appeared.
thank god, it just appears when i wanna type my password when turning on my cell just 1 time in the mornings, otherwise it would have killed me.
i know thats because of my app installed by my operators automatically. its nam is "simtool". but anyway, im eager to troubleshoot it.
by the way, i have cleaned cache, and stopped the app. but after turning off and then on, again appeared.
without sim, everything seems well though!
