After upgrading: in google play settings my device "not certified in Play protect", so i cant use google pay
Reboot ar least once, if you haven't already.
And factory reset too
No root, clean stock...
can any one help in this.. why can't i download this application??

This is happening to me too, please could Asus certify the ZF6 with Android 10 asap
Try clearing the data(Force Stop if available) for these apps:
Reboot the phone and open Google Play Store and check if it's showing certified.
NOTE: This method used to work for my old phone, not sure if it's gonna work here.
Unfortunately Adobe hasn't enabled our phones for this app :(
We have ofc already asked them to add us to their whitelist but you're more than welcome to contact Adobe and push them. Maybe it will make a difference if there are suddenly a lot of ASUS users asking for their app?
Are you living in India? Then it won't work as Google use a different Google Pay app in India
We both living in RU, GPay worked fine before update
I live in Czech Republic, the same situation here. GPay payment not possible after updating to Android 10.
Now it works, I do not know, what was the problem...
