充電板有瑕疵

你們那個充電板是不是會挑頭華碩充電頭，不能使用Norm，可以使用再者，充電板對應手機充電位置也會無法充電所以，這商品是不是有瑕疵？

ROG G56JR 重灌WIN10之後 鍵盤背光不會亮 Sonicmaster喇叭沒聲音

筆電型號G56JR如提，因為重灌系統之後鍵盤背光就不會亮了，按鍵盤上的快捷鍵無反應，但開機時鍵盤背光會亮一下（正常現象），所以應該不是背光有問題，我需要下載什麼驅動程式嗎？ 另外G56JR有附一顆原廠的外接重低音喇叭(sonicmaster)，一樣重灌之後喇叭就無法作用了，插上去之後也沒有聲音，需要下載什麼樣的驅動程式軟體嗎？ 已上官網的支援中心及myasus查詢過裝置的驅動程式，但是完全沒有相關的程式可以下載，不知道是不是型號太老了.....

ROG Delta S Wireless 麥克風沒聲音

目前狀況：系統的麥克風裝置選項裡有rog delta s wireless 這個選項，但開啟麥克風後，Discord（輸出裝置也選了這個麥克風了）收不到聲音（2.4ghz無線跟藍芽連接都是一樣結果，也顯示偵測不到麥克風。用了每個通訊軟體測試過了都是一樣結果。剛開始買的時候都是正常的，但更新完耳機的驅動程式就變成這樣了。但是更新完驅動的耳機去連手機跟平板時結果都是正常，所以不是硬體問題系統狀況：Armoury crate 已是最新版，耳機驅動也是最新版，系統是windows11，所有驅動也更新到最...
