Monitor turns off due to ultraviewer application

Good morning, please help, my ASUS AIO PC monitor can't turn back on after using the ultraviewer application, I've tried chat with ultraviewer CS, my ASUS AIO monitor/PC has a bug.Can you help me? I took it to a computer service center and they couldn't fix it
