問題現象:App有問題，按重新開機卻沒開機
最後一直按住開機鍵好幾分鐘才終於開機，趕快先備份，反正這支手機我已經不敢再用下去了。
對了，之前有發生一次WIFI打不開問題

The cell phone doesn't turn on anymore (happened after the cell phone system freezes)
It does not turn on the screen, nor the battery charging led. (happened to connect at the beginning of the problem, when I tried to put it to load).
It had been a while since the system froze and turned off the screen for no apparent reason (using simple applications like WhatsApp Spotify and Facebook).
"To go back I always had to press the power + volume button - for 15 to 20 seconds to reset the phone".
最後那句是重點，死機前都會開始有凍結的情形發生。
