my aero active cooler 6 stop working, not connected to my rog 5s, after i update to android 13, anyone have same issues?

I know it's difficult, but if you have access to another cooler or another ROG phone, test if:

1. The cooler works well on another ROG5?
2. Another cooler works well on your ROG5?

If not, you could try sending us a video to see if we can see anything wrong. However, it's unlikely it's a software issue and may need to be serviced.
