My ROG Azoth Extreme not work at all when I pub in with a asus usb c to usb a 
I have try to install again the armoury crate and reboot the pc, it just switch on a few second and switch off back by itself Thank you

1. Some USB-C to USB-A adapters may not provide stable power or data transmission, which could be causing the keyboard to fail to start properly. We suggest avoiding the adapter for now and directly connecting the keyboard using a single cable to check if the issue persists.
2. Does the issue still occur when using other connection modes, such as Bluetooth or 2.4G wireless mode?
3. Please try connecting the keyboard to different USB-A ports or try connecting it to a different computer or device. This will help us determine if the issue lies with the keyboard itself or a specific device's USB port.

I am using asus provide usb a to usb c cable for it I oftenly use like for connecting.
It work so well but after yesterday still switch on the pc normally and wait for a while the keyboard shut down by itself. Thank you for your helping.

Thank you for your reply! Regarding the shutdown issue you mentioned with your keyboard, we would like to confirm the following:

1. Is the keyboard completely unresponsive, including no lighting effects and non-functional keys?
2. Have you used Armoury Crate to update the keyboard firmware? Can Armoury Crate currently detect your keyboard?
