It is definitely a bug.I am able to use face recognition to unlock my phone. Instagram is able to flip selfie camera. But the built in camera app is missing the button for selfie. Pretty sure it's a program bug.
That's a stupid solution.Micky79 is right.It's the firmware issue.Not all but some of us are actually IT personnel and we know how to dissect an issue.Stop asking us to reformat or factory reset.
