It didn't fix it immediately after the update it took probably 1 restart uninstall n installation and almost 15-20 minutes of waiting.

So finally Asus has pushed out OTA update which resolved getting downgraded to Widevine L3. I got an update today morning now its back to Widevine L1
Re: Netflix widevine was L1 earlier and now it's L3. I'm on latest .99 update and black crushing exists
